As you likely already know, we’ve had issues with our webhost this week. These issues are the first major issues we’ve had in over 7 years since we launched the service.
Due to an increase in clients, our authentication process was using too many server resources.
Our webhost didn’t provide us with much warning or guidance on how to resolve the issue, which resulted in the site going down.
Luckily this happened over the weekend, mostly outside of trading hours.
This morning we uploaded V3.1, 4.1 & 5.1.
So, whichever version you use, make sure to upgrade it in order for the bot to continue working properly.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and we have our full staff available 24/7 to our web host in case they need us to make further adjustments.

Hello, I’m interested in joining your services, can you recommend a broker to use? I live in Texas
Yes, this is all available in our members area after you join.
Hello. I’m having a hard time getting my bot to work. I’ve tried two broker platforms with the same results. I’ve watched the YouTube installation video numerous times to make sure I’m not skipping any steps and the bot still isn’t authenticating.
Hi Shanda, we received your emails, and you did resolve the issue by entering your username in the software as shown in the video.
One of the many things I’ve tried. 2 weeks in. Not a single trade. In an ideal world I should be entitled to a refund.
Michael, please follow the FAQ or even email support. The robot is active and working on thousands of accounts.
Simply send us images of all your tests.
